Onze partner is een sterke Europese IT-partner te Kortrijk die KMO's ondersteunt met slimme, betrouwbare IT-oplossingen — van infrastructuur en cloud tot security en bedrijfssoftware. TopTalents zoekt een gedreven Account Manager Software om hun commerciële groei binnen bedrijfssoftware verder te ondersteunen. In deze commerciële rol combineer je new business met klantenadvies en help je KMO's hun bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren met gebruiksvriendelijke softwareoplossingen.

Als Account Manager Software ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject rond bedrijfssoftware bij KMO's:

  • Actieve prospectie van potentiële klanten en identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten
  • Identificeren en begrijpen van klantbehoeften rond bedrijfssoftware
  • Vertalen van klantuitdagingen naar passende softwareoplossingen, met een sterke focus op Exact
  • Begeleiden van het commerciële traject, van eerste contact tot offerte, onderhandelingen en succesvolle opstart
  • Nauwe samenwerking met consultants en technische experts voor de inhoudelijke uitwerking van oplossingen
  • Onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties en verder uitbouwen van de eigen klantenportefeuille
  • Opvolgen van evoluties binnen bedrijfssoftware en detecteren van nieuwe opportuniteiten bij klanten

Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand met:

  • Minstens drie jaar commerciële ervaring binnen software, IT of een gelijkaardige omgeving
  • Ervaring met de verkoop van softwareoplossingen of een sterke inhoudelijke kennis van bedrijfssoftware
  • Kennis van Exact of andere boekhoudkundige software is een sterke troef
  • Een proactieve commerciële mindset en affiniteit met new business
  • Een klantgerichte en adviserende aanpak met interesse in de werking en bedrijfsprocessen van KMO's
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig opvolgen van een volledig commercieel traject
  • Het vermogen om softwareoplossingen helder te vertalen naar klanten
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
