The posting

Als Sales & Account Manager met specialisatie in tenders ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële traject bij overheidsopdrachten en grote klanten.

Kennis van jouw dossiers is cruciaal net als up to date houden van uw administratie, wat een groot deel van uw functie omvat.

Taken :

  • Samen met de Tender manager kwalitatieve offertes en contracten bespreken, met oog voor technische correctheid, compliance en klantgerichtheid.
  • Voorbereiden van alle dossiers ism alle afdelingen binnen de organisatie zoals aankoop, kwaliteit, R&D, modelafdeling , logistiek & finance.
  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van commerciële contacten met key accounts, vooral binnen de overheidssector in België, Nederland, UK, Duitsland en Oost-Europa.
  • Onderhandelen en afsluiten van middelgrote tot grote (lange termijn) contracten.
  • Analyseren van marktontwikkelingen, concurrenten en klantbehoeften.
  • Opvolgen van het volledige verkooptraject: van lobbywerk, business development , van bestelling tot facturatie, en nazorg …
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Affiniteit met textiel is een groot voordeel.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in sales, accountmanagement bij voorkeur gelinkt aan tenders en overheidsopdrachten.
  • Sterke commerciële en communicatieve vaardigheden; je bent klantgericht, oplossingsgericht en een geboren netwerker.
  • Ervaring met het analyseren en coördineren van complexe aanbestedingsdossiers.
  • Kennis van wet- en regelgeving rond tenders in relevante markten is een troef.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht, leergierig en administratief sterk.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans, Engels (en Duits).
