Die zich dagelijks 100% inzetten om hun klanten tevreden te stellen en een positieve werksfeer te creëren . De zaakvoerders lieten de groep groeien via fusies en overnames tot de gereputeerde, sterke speler die ze op heden zijn. Zowel particuliere klanten als ondernemingen behoren tot hun doelgroep. Er worden af en toe teamactiviteiten georganiseerd en de cultuur kan het best omschreven worden als "no-nonsense": open, eerlijk en een vlakke structuur.

Jouw functie als Account Manager Verzekeringen We zoeken een Accountmanager voor de kantoren in Oost-Vlaanderen en een eigen klantenportefeuille beheert, duurzame relaties opbouwt en als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor commerciële en technische vragen. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantenservice, werkt actief aan prospectie en commerciële acties, stelt offertes op en stimuleert cross- en upselling. Samen met het schadeteam begeleid je schadedossiers en woon je expertises bij. Daarnaast bewaak je de kwaliteit door processen, SLA’s en KPI’s nauw op te volgen, met als doel maximale klantentevredenheid en rendabele groei.

  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur binnen een financiële omgeving;
  • Doorgedreven ervaring en uitstekende kennis van het verzekeringsdomein (producten, wetgeving, markt, clausules);
  • Naast sterke commerciële, klantgerichte vaardigheden bezit je overtuigingskracht en ben je een geboren onderhandelaar;
  • Sterk inzicht in interne en externe processen, met focus op klantentevredenheid en teamwerking;
  • Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan netwerkevents en integratietrajecten binnen de organisatie.
