Wat ga je doen als Account Manager VI & CCIT?

Als Account Manager beheer en ontwikkel je duurzame relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten. Je bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over stalen voor visuele inspectie, CCIT en consultancy. Tegelijk zorg je ervoor dat commerciële opportuniteiten en lopende projecten actief worden opgevolgd.

  • Klantenbezoeken bij bestaande en potentiële klanten plannen, voorbereiden en uitvoeren
  • Professionele klantenrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden en vragen en afspraken zorgvuldig opvolgen
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen en klantbehoeften vertalen naar duidelijke en waardevolle voorstellen
  • Klantprojecten, offertes, commerciële acties en klanttevredenheid opvolgen
  • Projectplanning en productie afstemmen met het labo, finance en management
  • Klantenoverleg, commerciële opvolging en beursdeelnames organiseren, inclusief standactiviteiten en bijbehorende reizen
  • Klantgegevens, afspraken en acties volledig en actueel houden in het CRM systeem
  • Leads, deals, forecasts en relevante KPI’s rapporteren aan de Business Unit Lead VI/CCIT
  • Meedenken over commerciële initiatieven, klantgerichte verbeteringen en de positionering van eyetec

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je werkt klantgericht en begrijpt hoe je behoeften vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel en bouwt sterke, langdurige relaties op.
  • Je combineert commerciële gedrevenheid met een gestructureerde opvolging en nauwkeurige documentatie.
  • Je organiseert je werk zelfstandig, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere klantprojecten.
  • Je werkt vlot samen met collega’s van het labo, finance en management.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring in sales, de farmaceutische sector of een GMP-omgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om in België en naar het buitenland te reizen. Reizen kan tot 50% van je werktijd in beslag nemen.
