The posting

Voor een sterk groeiende en innovatieve Belgische producent van hoogwaardige siliconen, PU-schuimen, lijmen en afdichtingsproducten voor de professionele bouw- en industriesector, is onze klant op zoek naar een resultaatgerichte Account Manager. In deze uitdagende buitendienstfunctie ben je hét commerciële gezicht in jouw regio: Westelijk Vlaams-Brabant, de Vlaamse Ardennen en de Denderstreek. Je combineert een actieve prospectie (hunting) met een strategische relatieopbouw (farming) om jouw marktgebied zelfstandig uit te bouwen.

  • Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe B2B-professionals en industriële klanten om nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten te verzilveren.
  • Opbouwen, onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen van duurzame langetermijnrelaties met bestaande B2B-klanten.
  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en het verlenen van professioneel, oplossingsgericht technisch advies op maat.
  • Stimuleren van de verkoop en verhogen van de merkzichtbaarheid van het volledige productgamma binnen jouw regio.
  • Geven van productopleidingen, demonstraties en adviesmomenten op locatie bij klanten.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de onderneming tijdens opendeurdagen en commerciële evenementen.
  • Zorgvuldig opvolgen en administratief verwerken van offertes, klantbezoeken en leads in het CRM-systeem.
  • Actief meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie van de regionale verkoop- en salesprocessen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Minstens 3 jaar succesvolle ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie (field sales), bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector, industrie of technische producten.
  • Je bent een rasechte commerciële hunter met een resultaatgerichte mindset die energie haalt uit prospectie, onderhandelen en deals sluiten.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, sterke overtuigingskracht en het vermogen om op elk niveau relaties op te bouwen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, georganiseerd en bent vertrouwd met het gebruik van CRM-systemen.
  • Woonachtig in of zeer goede affiniteit met het werkgebied (regio Vlaams-Brabant / Vlaamse Ardennen / Denderstreek).
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
