The posting

Als Account- en project coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het commerciële en operationele beheer van key accounts en complexe mobiliteitsprojecten. Je begeleidt dossiers van A tot Z en vormt de schakel tussen verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Uitwerken, opmaken en opvolgen van complexere offertes, facturaties en mobiliteitsoplossingen
  • Grote en complexe projecten coördineren, waarbij meerdere vestigingen betrokken zijn
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor de klant gedurende het volledige traject
  • Afstemmen met planning, operations en de verschillende vestiging zodat alles vlot verloopt

In samenwerking met de Sales Director zal je:

  • De portefeuille van strategische klanten beheren en verder uitbouwen
  • Nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten actief detecteren en ontwikkelen
  • Prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten, markten en samenwerkingen
  • Mee ondersteunen bij strategische accounts, commerciële projecten en de verdere commerciële uitbouw

Je kan je vinden in onderstaande:

  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Bachelordiploma
  • Een relevante werkervaring achter de rug van minstens 3 jaar
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis binnen projectmanagement en planning
  • Geen 9-to-5-mentaliteit: flexibiliteit om, indien nodig, langer door te werken of ook op zaterdag een project te ondersteunen.
  • Kom je uit de event- of toerismesector? Dan heb je een streepje voor
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en heel klantgericht
  • Je krijgt energie van het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten en het ontwikkelen van nieuwe markten
  • Proactief, ondernemend en resultaatgericht omschrijven jou als persoon
  • Daarnaast heb je een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven)
