In jouw takenpakket ondersteun je de Key Accountmanagers en Vertegenwoordigers:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van de database
  • Je houdt de prijzen up-to-date en hanteert de juiste betaalvoorwaarden voor de juiste klant
  • Je signaleert out-of-stocks en zoekt mee naar oplossingen
  • De klantentevredenheid hou je zo hoog mogelijk door actief mee na te denken over procesoptimalisaties
  • Je maakt sales rapportages en bezorgt deze aan de directie

Jouw profiel als Account Support Medewerker:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en beschikt over een basis van het Frans
  • Ervaring is niet vereist in deze job, gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen ook zeker en vast in aanmerking
  • Je kan overweg met MS Office, in het bijzonder met Excel
  • Je bent flexibel, communicatief en nauwkeurig, en je hebt veel oog voor detail. Daarnaast werk je zelfstandig en ben je een echte teamspeler.
