TV Spot's im In- und Ausland.

Wir suchen 1 ACCOUNT- UND MARKETING MANAGER_IN / BOOKER_IN Ihre Aufgaben - das erwartet Sie

- als "Booker/Bookerin" -sind Sie für die professionelle Erstellung von individuellen Offerten zuständig

- Unsere Kunden werden durch Sie bei der Suche und Auswahl der Models sowie in der Angebotsphase und der Vororganisation des Jobs unterstützt

- Sie repräsentieren unsere internationalen Models durch Ihre Arbeit nach außen und betreuen deren professionellen Webauftritt sowie deren Bildmaterial

- Darüber hinaus tragen Sie durch eine umsichtige Terminkoordination zu einer reibungslosen Auftrags- und Reiseorganisation unserer Models bei

- Um diverse Office Agenden innerhalb der Agentur kümmern Sie sich gemeinsam mit den anderen Mitarbeiter/innen im Team

Das bringen Sie mit - Ihr Profil:

- Im Idealfall eine abgeschlossene höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, FH, Uni etc...) oder abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre - obwohl wir auch für Quereinsteiger/innen offen sind, sofern Sie einigen Punkten des restlichen Profils entsprechen

- Berufserfahrung - im Idealfall in einem der Bereiche: Kundenbetreuung, Marketing, Kommunikation, Werbung, Accounting, Projektmanagement

- Sie sind regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt (auch telefonisch) gewohnt und zeichnen sich durch Ihre ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Ihr souveränes, sympathisches Auftreten aus

- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist organisiert und strukturiert. Sie sind gewohnt, Aufgaben selbstständig zu erledigen.

- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift C1 sowie ein sattelfester Umgang im MS Office sind für uns sehr wichtig; falls es Erfahrung mit Bildbearbeitung gibt, wäre das optimal

Hardfacts:

Vollzeit (40h)/Woche

Für diese Position bieten wir anfangs ein Mindestgehalt ab 2.400.-brutto/ Monat auf Basis Vollzeit. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
