Accountancy gaat vandaag over meer dan cijfers alleen. Ondernemers zoeken een vertrouwenspersoon die hun onderneming begrijpt, meedenkt en hen begeleidt bij belangrijke keuzes.

Voor een groeiende accountancyorganisatie met meerdere kantoren in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een kantoorverantwoordelijke met een sterke accountancybasis en een uitgesproken focus op klantenrelaties.

Je combineert inhoudelijke expertise met een commerciële en mensgerichte aanpak. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met ondernemers, geeft advies op maat en bent tegelijk een aanspreekpunt en coach voor je collega's.

Je werkt lokaal en persoonlijk, maar kunt rekenen op de ondersteuning van gespecialiseerde teams in tax, legal, corporate finance en businessanalyse.

Een rol voor iemand die cijfers begrijpt, ondernemers aanvoelt en mensen in beweging krijgt.

TAKENPAKKET

Klanten & advies

  • Je bent het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor een portefeuille van ondernemers.
  • Je bouwt duurzame en persoonlijke klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je verdiept je in de onderneming, ambities en uitdagingen van je klanten.
  • Je vertaalt financiële en fiscale informatie naar helder en praktisch advies.
  • Je neemt een actieve rol op in klantenbehoud én verdere klantenontwikkeling.

Accountancy & kwaliteit

  • Je volgt dossiers inhoudelijk op en bewaakt de kwaliteit.
  • Je behandelt complexere boekhoudkundige en fiscale vraagstukken.
  • Je fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's.
  • Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij complexe dossiers.
  • Je blijft je eigen expertise ontwikkelen via opleidingen en uitdagende dossiers.

Team & kantoor

  • Je bent een zichtbaar en toegankelijk aanspreekpunt binnen het kantoor.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt collega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je motiveert het team en stimuleert samenwerking en kennisdeling.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht en bewaakt de kwaliteit en resultaten.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere groei en ontwikkeling van het kantoor.

Je combineert drie belangrijke rollen: vertrouwenspersoon voor de klant, inhoudelijke expert voor het team en ondernemende trekker van het kantoor.

PROFIEL

We zoeken iemand met ervaring, ondernemingszin en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Ervaring & expertise

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen boekhouding of accountancy.
  • Je beschikt over een opleiding in een economische richting.
  • Een ITAA-titel is een plus, maar geen vereiste.

Klantgericht & commercieel

  • Je krijgt energie van klantencontact.
  • Je bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen en langdurige relaties op.
  • Je luistert naar ondernemers en begrijpt wat hen bezighoudt.

Natuurlijk leiderschap

  • Je weet collega's te motiveren en te ondersteunen.
  • Je coacht vanuit vertrouwen en expertise.
  • Je combineert mensgerichtheid met resultaatgerichtheid.
