Als Accountancy Manager neem je de lead over complexe dossiers, adviseer je klanten en coach je je team. De rol biedt inhoudelijke diepgang, autonomie en zichtbare impact binnen de regio, met korte lijnen en ruimte voor initiatief.

Accountancy Manager- Functieomschrijving:

  • Je stuurt de kwalitatieve en tijdige oplevering van accountancydossiers aan, bewaakt budgetten en staat in voor de finale review van BTW-aangiftes, tussentijdse cijfers en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten, bespreekt dossiers inhoudelijk en neemt een adviserende rol op bij fiscale optimalisaties, bijzondere opdrachten en contacten met externe instanties.
  • Je coacht en ondersteunt (Senior) Consultants, deelt actief kennis en best practices en draagt bij aan een consistente kwaliteitsstandaard binnen het team.

Accountancy Manager - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een master of professionele bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit, aangevuld met minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Je combineert sterke dossierkennis met digitale affiniteit en beweegt vlot binnen boekhoudsoftware en geavanceerd Excel-gebruik.
  • Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands, denkt analytisch en combineert klantgerichtheid met een natuurlijke teamspirit.
