Accountancy Manager - Regio De Haan

Heb jij ruime ervaring binnen de accountancy en ben je klaar voor een rol waarin je dossierbeheer combineert met verantwoordelijkheid over een team? Wil je terechtkomen in een omgeving waar je niet alleen klanten adviseert, maar ook actief kunt meebouwen aan de verdere groei en werking van het kantoor?

Voor een modern en groeiend accountantskantoor in de regio De Haan zijn we op zoek naar een Accountancy Manager. In deze functie krijg je een gevarieerde verantwoordelijkheid en vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen de klanten, het team en de zaakvoerders.

Je komt terecht in een laagdrempelige en collegiale werkomgeving waar hard werken samengaat met een informele sfeer, korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor eigen initiatief.

Jouw rol

Je combineert de opvolging van een eigen klantenportefeuille met een belangrijke coördinerende en coachende rol binnen het kantoor.

  • Je staat in voor de volledige opvolging van een portefeuille bestaande uit zelfstandigen, kmo's en vennootschappen
  • Je behandelt dossiers van A tot Z en volgt onder meer boekingen, btw-aangiften, afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften op
  • Je fungeert als vertrouwenspersoon voor klanten en geeft hen boekhoudkundig en fiscaal advies
  • Je denkt mee over fiscale optimalisaties, financiële vraagstukken en mogelijke herstructureringen
  • Je neemt een sturende rol op binnen het team en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers efficiënt en kwalitatief worden opgevolgd
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt collega's in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en helpt hen verder groeien
  • Je verdeelt werkzaamheden, volgt de voortgang op en bewaakt planning en deadlines
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten en bespreekt financiële resultaten en belangrijke aandachtspunten
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisering van de kantoorprocessen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de zaakvoerders en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor

Jouw profiel

We zoeken iemand die naast een sterke technische achtergrond ook het nodige ownership en leiderschap meebrengt.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige opleiding/ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 7 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor
  • Ervaring met het begeleiden of aansturen van collega's is belangrijk
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van btw, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Je kunt zelfstandig dossiers behandelen en durft verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in klantenbesprekingen
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een digitale mindset en staat open voor moderne software en geautomatiseerde processen
  • Ervaring met Silverfin, AdminPulse, ClearFacts of gelijkaardige tools is mooi meegenomen
  • Een ITAA-titel of lopend ITAA-traject vormt een sterke troef
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands
