Als Accountant werk je nauw samen met onze nationale en internationale MKB-klanten. Je voert complexere samenstelopdrachten uit, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de opdrachten en bent een sparringpartner voor klanten bij financiële en strategische vraagstukken. Daarnaast: - onderhoud en versterk je relaties met bestaande klanten; - help je onze klanten bij hun groeiambities; - begeleid je collega's in hun ontwikkeling; - review en teken je jaarrekeningen; - draag je bij aan de professionalisering van processen en kennisdeling binnen het team. Zo maak je impact op zowel klanten als collega's en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de groei van onze organisatie. Jouw team Je standplaats wordt ons kantoor in Nieuwegein, dat sinds 2024 deel uitmaakt van Vallei Finance Group na de overname van Flantúa . Het kantoor telt 20 collega's in het samenstelteam, aangevuld met een aantal fiscalisten. Het team kenmerkt zich door een combinatie van deskundigheid en betrokkenheid. Er is een hechte band met de klanten, waardoor er veel ruimte is voor direct klantcontact en persoonlijk advies. Een proactieve houding wordt gewaardeerd: zie je kansen, dan krijg je de ruimte om ze te benutten. In Nieuwegein werk je in een omgeving waar je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en jezelf kunt ontwikkelen, zonder vast te zitten in hokjes.
