Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de facility solutionssector, actief in meerdere landen. Vanuit hun site in Antwerpen ondersteunen ze de dagelijkse werking van verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep. Door interne verschuivingen en de nood aan continuïteit binnen het accountingteam zoeken ze een Accountant A-Y om het Financeteam te versterken.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Accountant versterk je het financiële team op het regionale hoofdkantoor, waar je een brede rol opneemt in de dagelijkse boekhouding en de opvolging van verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep. Je verwerkt aankoopfacturen, leverancierslijsten en andere administratieve documenten op een nauwkeurige en fiscaal correcte manier. Je ondersteunt de maandafsluiting door afschrijvingen, voorraadmutaties en provisies te boeken en de btw aangifte te verwerken, en je helpt mee bij de jaarafsluiting in samenwerking met de senior accountant, aan wie je rapporteert. Daarnaast bereid je betalingen aan leveranciers en fiscale instanties voor via bankprogramma's zoals Isabel en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van leveranciersdossiers, zodat de balans up to date blijft. Je werkt autonoom, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en bent snel operationeel inzetbaar binnen een omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan.

Jouw profiel

  • Je communiceert zeer vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je beschikt over een graduaat of bachelor in een financiële richting.
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een eerste relevante ervaring als A-Y Accountant.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld, snel operationeel inzetbaar en werkt nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel (draaitabellen, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Er wordt intern gewerkt met een eigen pakket gebaseerd op Oracle, ervaring hierin is een pluspunt.
