Met meer dan 70 kantoren en 500 vaste medewerkers in België en een omzet van 280 miljoen euro kom je desondanks terecht binnen een bedrijf met familiale sfeer, bij een hecht team waar iedereen voor elkaar klaar staat. Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een scherp oog voor cijfers en details, en werk je graag met Excel? Wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen een financiële afdeling en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen?

Om het Finance team op het hoofdkantoor van Synergie te versterken, zoeken we een gemotiveerde Accountant. Samen met je collega’s sta je in voor de dagelijkse operationele en analytische boekhouding van onze juridische entiteit. Je werkt nauw samen met het team en ondersteunt de Teamleader bij de maandelijkse afsluitingen.

Om de werking van onze boekhouding en Synergie goed te leren kennen, start je met een breed operationeel takenpakket. Je bouwt zo een stevige basis op en krijgt gaandeweg de kans om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

In eerste instantie:

  • Verwerk je samen met je collega’s de dagelijkse bankboekingen.
  • Ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor tijdige betalingen en volg je mee de cashplanning op.
  • Werk je mee aan het boeken van aankoopfacturen en het inlezen van verkoopfacturen op 3 analytische niveaus.
  • Verwerk je transacties analytisch binnen de juiste boekhoudkundige periodes.
  • Onderneem je actie om ervoor te zorgen dat de boekhouding maandelijks volledig en correct kan worden afgesloten.
  • Beantwoord je vragen van andere afdelingen en het kantorennetwerk.

Naarmate je meer vertrouwd raakt met onze werking, groeit ook je rol. Je wordt steeds meer betrokken bij de afsluitingen en krijgt bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden binnen reporting, audit en analytische boekhouding.

Zo zal je onder andere:

  • Bijdragen aan de maandelijkse full closing en de uitgebreide reconciliatie van balansrekeningen.
  • Met behulp van Excel de maandelijkse provisies en afschrijvingen berekenen en boeken.
  • Collega’s ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van periodieke audits.
  • Instaan voor verschillende ad-hocrapporteringen en analyses.
  • Gaandeweg meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen de financiële processen, afhankelijk van je ervaring, interesses en ontwikkeling.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en ondernemende boekhouder met een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel en staat ervoor open om hier verder in te groeien.
  • Je kan je vriendelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid om te streven naar een kwaliteitsvol resultaat binnen de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Je wil mee nadenken over de werking van het Finance Team en hoe bepaalde processen verbeterd en/of geautomatiseerd kunnen worden.
  • Tijdens drukke periodes blijf je rustig en georganiseerd, en behoud je een positieve ingesteldheid.
  • Aangezien je in een hechte groep van 4 collega's terecht komt, ben je een echte teamplayer.
  • Mocht je ervaring hebben met de boekhoudkundige verwerking van lonen binnen verschillende paritaire comité's is dit ook mooi meegenomen!
