Onze partner is een internationale onderneming en gevestigde speler binnen de voedingsindustrie, met een productievestiging aan de kust. Het bedrijf bouwde doorheen de jaren een stevige reputatie in zijn sector, met een moderne productiefaciliteit en strikte kwaliteits- en hygiënestandaarden. Voor deze speler gaan we op zoek naar een gedreven Accountant om het finance team te versterken.

Jouw functie als Accountant Als Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, volledige en betrouwbare boekhouding. Binnen een internationale productieomgeving werk je in alle zelfstandigheid en bewaar je het overzicht over het volledige boekhoudkundige proces, van A tot Z.

Je beheert de boekhouding zelfstandig in een ERP-systeem, met aandacht voor de btw-aangiften, klantenlistings en Intrastat. Ook het boeken van aankoopfacturen en het opmaken van verkoopfacturen (inclusief Peppol) behoort tot jouw takenpakket, net als de verwerking van in- en uitgaande betalingen. Daarnaast neem je de boeking van de payroll voor je rekening, maak je uitgaande betalingen klaar in ERP en Isabel, en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de jaarrekening en de maandelijkse rapportering. Je biedt ondersteuning bij btw- en fiscale controles en volgt de rapportering rond factoring mee op.

  • Je behaalde minstens een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, of verwierf een gelijkwaardig niveau via ervaring.
  • Je bouwde al een stevige eerste ervaring op in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur minstens 5 jaar.
  • Nederlands en Engels beheers je goed; Duits is een extra troef.
  • Met MS Office, en dan vooral Excel, én SAP ben je vertrouwd.
  • Ervaring met een vergelijkbaar ERP-pakket zoals Business Central telt eveneens mee.
  • Ook wanneer meerdere deadlines samenvallen, blijf je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaan.
  • Je toont ownership, communiceert helder met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel en blijft klantvriendelijk wanneer de druk toeneemt.
