Bij ConXioN zoeken we een Accountant die verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen.

Je versterkt ons Finance-team en speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de boekhouding van onze hoofdentiteit. Daarnaast neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor één of meerdere dochtervennootschappen. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen operationeel meewerkt waar nodig, maar ook ownership neemt over je dossiers.

Je analyseert cijfers, voert controles uit en draagt actief bij aan een correcte maandafsluiting. Zo kom je terecht in een gevarieerde rol waarin je blijft bijleren en groeien. Geen functie waarin je jarenlang dezelfde transacties verwerkt, wel een uitdaging voor iemand die verantwoordelijkheid wil opnemen en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen accounting.

Jouw day-to-day als Accountant:

  • Je verwerkt, controleert en volgt inkomende facturen en creditnota's op.
  • Je bewaakt de correcte goedkeuringsflow van leveranciersfacturen.
  • Je volgt leveranciersrekeningen, openstaande posten en afwijkingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert zelfstandig de boekhouding van één of meerdere dochtervennootschappen.
  • Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluiting voor en voert deze mee uit.
  • Je controleert en reconcileert balansrekeningen.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt overlopende rekeningen, voorzieningen en andere afsluitboekingen op.
  • Je bereidt periodieke aangiftes voor, zoals btw- en Intrastataangiftes.
  • Je verwerkt en stemt intercompanytransacties af.
  • Je ondersteunt externe audits en onderhoudt contacten met externe accountants en de commissaris.
  • Je werkt mee aan budgettering en financiële rapportering.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de verdere digitalisering, automatisering en optimalisatie van onze Finance-processen.

IT's a match?

Je hebt al een stevige basis in accounting opgebouwd en bent klaar voor een volgende stap met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Daarom zoeken we iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Accounting of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring heeft binnen accounting en energie haalt uit verantwoordelijkheid en groei.
  • Vertrouwd is met de Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Ervaring heeft met maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Zich vlot beweegt binnen een omgeving met meerdere vennootschappen.
  • Zelfstandig werkt, initiatief neemt en tegelijkertijd een waardevolle teamspeler is.
  • Interesse heeft in digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Vlot werkt met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central; ook Copilot is geen onbekende voor jou.
  • Beschikt over een sterke kennis van Excel.
