The posting

Voor een groeiende internationale organisatie actief binnen de logistieke sector in de haven van Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant.

In deze rol werk je nauw samen met collega's van Finance, het lokale management en verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je verzorgt op termijn de boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor de verwerking en opvolging van de leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding.
  • Je bewaakt openstaande vorderingen en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging van betalingen.
  • Je bereidt periodieke fiscale en financiële aangiftes voor, waaronder btw en Intrastat.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van de maandelijkse financiële rapportering.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van de jaarafsluiting.
  • Je analyseert financiële gegevens en helpt mee om rapporteringen correct en tijdig op te leveren.
  • Je neemt deel aan verbeteringsprojecten en werkt mee aan uiteenlopende financiële opdrachten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het lokale management en collega's uit verschillende businessafdelingen.
  • Je staat open voor samenwerking met andere entiteiten binnen de organisatie en bent bereid je, indien nodig, naar een andere entiteit te verplaatsen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring van minstens 2 jaar binnen de boekhouding.
  • Een economische opleiding op graduaat-, bachelor- of masterniveau.
  • Een nauwkeurige en analytische werkhouding.
  • Een zelfstandige en proactieve ingesteldheid.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om vlot samen te werken met verschillende interne stakeholders.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en interesse om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen.
  • Flexibiliteit en de bereidheid om, indien nodig, samen te werken met of je te verplaatsen naar een andere entiteit binnen de organisatie.
