We zijn marktleider in België en met kantoren in Luxemburg, Rotterdam, Parijs, Milaan en Stuttgart zijn we een internationale speler op de markt van klimaatplafonds, plafondoplossingen die voor verkoeling en verwarming zorgen dankzij geïntegreerde systemen. We hebben een sterke reputatie opgebouwd door hoogwaardige producten te leveren en klantgerichte oplossingen te bieden. Als A-Z Accountant speel je een sleutelrol in ons team en draag je bij aan onze voortdurende groei.

We zijn een gezond en ambitieus bedrijf met een team van 120 medewerkers. De boekhoudafdeling is volop in evolutie om de internationale groei mee te ondersteunen. In het kader daarvan is er recent een nieuwe ERP (MS Business Central) geïmplementeerd.

In Wilrijk hebben we mooie, lichtrijke kantoren met uitzicht op groen en die doen uiteraard ook dienst als showroom voor onze plafondoplossingen. Je komt terecht in een team waar een goede werksfeer heerst.

Je werkt in een internationale omgeving en je hebt regelmatig contact met collega’s in onze kantoren in het buitenland. Je leert hen zeker ook beter kennen op de personeelsfeesten die we 2 keer per jaar organiseren.

We zijn op zoek naar een leergierige Accountant met groeipotentieel die snel een volwaardig lid kan worden van ons team in Antwerpen.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Als A-Z Accountant zal je voornamelijk focussen op boekhouding van een of meerdere entiteiten binnen de internationale groep..

  • Je verzorgt de volledige operationele uitvoering van boekhoudkundige verrichtingen (AP, AR en GL)
  • Voorbereiding maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Opstellen van btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Voorbereiden van jaarrekeningen en ondersteuning bieden bij audits
  • Opvolgen en reconciliëren van balansrekeningen
  • Verwerken van intercompany transacties
  • Ondersteunen bij budgetten, rapporteringen en financiële analyses
  • Actief meewerken aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen

Het team

Als A-Z Accountant zal je een team vormen met een collega A-Z Accountant die verantwoordelijk is voor enkele andere entiteiten. De CFO zullen mee zorgen voor jouw onboarding en opleiding. In de eerste weken zal je kennismaken met het team en de projectleiders, het ERP-pakket leren kennen en als leren over onze processen.

Het team rapporteert aan de CFO Wim. Hij geeft mensen ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en te groeien maar hij is wel altijd beschikbaar als er vragen zijn. Hij zoekt mensen in zijn team die gezond verstand hebben, kritisch kunnen kijken naar processen en dingen in vraag durven stellen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan optimalisatie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Bachelor Accountancy of relevante boekhoudkundige ervaring
  • Enkele jaren relevante A-Z accountancy ervaring
  • Een goede kennis van de Belgische btw-wetgeving
  • Je toont een hands-on mentaliteit en kan zelfstandig en in team werken
  • Nauwkeurig, detailgericht en analytisch
  • Kennis van een ERP systeem is een plus
  • Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands met goede kennis Frans en Engels
