Voor een stabiele en ambitieuze onderneming in de regio Sint-Martens-Latem zoeken we een Junior Accountant die graag verder wil groeien binnen accounting. Je komt terecht in een compacte financiële afdeling waar je nauw samenwerkt met ervaren collega's en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt.

Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand met een eerste ervaring binnen boekhouding die op termijn wil doorgroeien naar een brede accountantsrol. Je start met de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige processen en krijgt na je inwerkperiode de kans om je takenpakket uit te breiden. Zo groei je geleidelijk door naar een veelzijdige functie binnen de algemene boekhouding.

Concreet hou je je bezig met:

  • Het verwerken en boeken van inkomende facturen.
  • Het controleren van factuurgegevens en opvolgen van interne goedkeuringen.
  • Het beantwoorden en opvolgen van vragen van leveranciers.
  • Het ondersteunen bij de facturatie richting klanten.
  • Het versturen en opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen.
  • Het verzamelen van financiële gegevens voor interne rapporteringen.
  • Regelmatig overleg met projectverantwoordelijken en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Meewerken aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Instaan voor de boekhouding van verschillende juridische entiteiten.
  • Financiële rapporten voorbereiden voor het management.
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits.
  • Btw-aangiftes voorbereiden en fiscale deadlines opvolgen.
  • Assisteren bij de opmaak van jaarrekeningen en belastingaangiften.
  • Actief meedenken over efficiëntere financiële processen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen Accountancy, Handelswetenschappen, Bedrijfswetenschappen, TEW of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding of finance.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van het Frans; kennis van het Engels is een plus.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en de courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar.
  • Je hebt de ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen accounting.
