Voor een internationale en groeiende onderneming in Antwerpen zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant die verantwoordelijk wil zijn voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie en actief wil meedenken over de optimalisatie en digitalisering van financiële processen.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische, internationale werkomgeving waar zelfstandigheid, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief gewaardeerd worden.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Beheren van de dagelijkse financiële administratie en zorgen voor correcte en actuele boekhoudkundige gegevens.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantbetalingen en openstaande vorderingen.
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van uitgaande betalingen.
  • Beheren van de btw-administratie en opvolgen van andere fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Afstemmen van btw-rekeningen met ingediende aangiften en onderzoeken van verschillen.
  • Voorbereiden van financiële documentatie voor interne en externe audits.
  • Samenwerken met de externe accountant en andere financiële partners.
  • Verbeteren, digitaliseren en automatiseren van financiële processen.
  • Ondersteunen van de loonadministratie en samenwerken met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Opnemen van bijkomende administratieve of operationele taken wanneer nodig.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in accountancy, boekhouding, financiën of een gelijkwaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische btw-administratie en fiscale regelgeving. Kennis van Intrastat is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en analytisch en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je denkt actief mee over procesverbetering en digitalisering.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online, loonadministratie, financiële audits en afsluitingen is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in een internationale of projectgerichte omgeving is een troef.
