The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in regio Sint-Niklaas/Beveren zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Accountant.

In deze veelzijdige financiële functie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z. Je combineert dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking met financiële analyses, periodieke afsluitingen, fiscale aangiftes en de voorbereiding van audits.

Je krijgt een ruime verantwoordelijkheid binnen de financiële afdeling en werkt zowel zelfstandig als nauw samen met collega's binnen en buiten het finance-team.

Jouw taken

Als Accountant sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het voeren en opvolgen van de algemene boekhouding van A tot Z.
  • Het verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen.
  • Het verwerken en opvolgen van bankverrichtingen.
  • Het correct verwerken van boekhoudkundige gegevens met betrekking tot lonen.
  • Het beheren en opvolgen van de klanten- en leveranciersboekhouding.
  • Het uitvoeren van maandelijkse afsluitingen.
  • Het zelfstandig uitvoeren en ondersteunen van de jaarafsluiting.
  • Het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van externe audits.
  • Het analyseren en controleren van financiële rekeningen.
  • Het monitoren van financiële transacties en onderzoeken van eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Het behandelen en uitzoeken van complexere boekhoudkundige vraagstukken.
  • Het opstellen en indienen van verschillende wettelijke en fiscale aangiftes, waaronder btw-aangiftes, intracommunautaire aangiftes, Intrastat en klantenlistings.
  • Het opstellen en verwerken van de nodige fiscale fiches.
  • Het beantwoorden van complexere financiële en boekhoudkundige vragen.
  • Het actief beheren en actualiseren van klanten- en leveranciersgegevens in het ERP-systeem.
  • Het samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen om financiële dossiers correct af te handelen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die:

  • Minimaal beschikt over een bachelordiploma Accounting, Finance, Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring heeft binnen boekhouding of finance.
  • Een boekhoudkundige closing zelfstandig kan uitvoeren.
  • Een goede kennis heeft van algemene boekhouding en financiële processen.
  • Ervaring heeft met btw-aangiftes en andere wettelijke rapporteringen.
  • Sterk analytisch is en financiële rekeningen grondig kan controleren.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt en oog heeft voor detail.
  • Zelfstandig complexe boekhoudkundige vraagstukken kan onderzoeken.
  • Communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk samenwerkt met collega's van verschillende afdelingen.
  • Discreet en professioneel omgaat met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie.
  • Enthousiast en gedreven is en graag in teamverband werkt.

Ervaring met banksoftware en/of ERP-systemen is een pluspunt.
