Heb je een goede basis in accountancy en ben je klaar voor een breed en uitdagend operationeel takenpakket binnen een internationale organisatie? Als Accountant krijg je bij bematrix de kans om je boekhoudkundige kennis verder te verdiepen en te groeien in zelfstandigheid en expertise.

Als Accountant zorg je mee voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de dagelijkse boekhouding. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en krijgt inzicht in de verschillende aspecten van onze financiële processen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen, inclusief analytische verwerking, voor de toegewezen entiteiten
  • Verwerken van bankverrichtingen in verschillende valuta
  • Beheren van de algemene mailbox van de boekhouding en opvolgen van inkomende vragen en documenten
  • Verwerken van VISA-uitgavenstaten en onkostennota’s
  • Uitvoeren van de intercompany facturatie
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van betalingen
  • Versturen en opvolgen van betalingsherinneringen
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Fungeren als back-up voor de banken van de RSC's
  • Beantwoorden van ad-hoc boekhoudkundige vragen
  • Nauw samenwerken met de accountant van HQ

Naarmate je vertrouwd raakt met de functie, bouw je je kennis van de verschillende boekhoudkundige processen verder uit en neem je je taken steeds zelfstandiger op. Je verdiept je expertise binnen accounting en kan, afhankelijk van je ontwikkeling en ervaring, geleidelijk bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden opnemen

  • Je hebt een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkaardige financiële opleiding
  • Relevante ervaring binnen accountancy is een plus. Minstens even belangrijk zijn je maturiteit, nauwkeurigheid en het vermogen om een breed takenpakket zelfstandig op te nemen.Je hebt kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en btw-wetgeving
  • Je hebt kennis van Excel
  • Je hebt interesse in financiële processen en wil begrijpen hoe verschillende processen binnen een organisatie met elkaar verbonden zijn
  • Je hebt interesse in ERP-systemen; ervaring met Business Central is een plus
  • Je bent vooral gemotiveerd om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen accounting
