Doelstelling:

Je beheert alle activiteiten die bijdragen tot het succesvol afhandelen van de administratie in en rond de boekhouding. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van initiatieven om het financiële proces te automatiseren en te verbeteren. Je zult nauw samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om innovatieve oplossingen te implementeren die de efficiëntie verhogen. Je streeft een optimale samenwerking met andere werknemers en het management na, en je bent een essentiële schakel in het ondersteunen van onze organisatie bij het realiseren van haar doelen.

Jobinhoud:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijks invoer van de dossier aankoopfacturen en andere kosten in het operationeel pakket. Ook de bankverrichtingen worden dagelijks ingegeven (leveranciers- en klantenbetalingen);
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging en uitvoering van betalingen aan leveranciers. Deze betalingen worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd via het betalingssysteem ISABEL. Eventuele aanmaningen van leveranciers worden gecontroleerd op juistheid, … ;
  • Je doet aangiftes en volgt deze op (BTW aangifte, Intracommunautaire, recuperatie buitenlandse BTW, klantenlisting, enz);
  • Je werkt mee aan de balansafwerking, voert controles uit en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je geeft ondersteuning aan je collega’s Assistant Accountants inzake BTW en boekhoudkundige verwerking in Navision en aan operationele collega’s bij eventuele vragen;
  • Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor digitalisatie en automatisering binnen de financiële processen;
  • Leiden van projecten om nieuwe digitale tools en systemen te implementeren;
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande financiële systemen en processen om efficiëntie te verbeteren;
  • Trainen van medewerkers in het gebruik van nieuwe digitale tools en systemen.

Jouw talenten:

  • Je behaalde een Bachelor Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan in een gelijkaardige functie;
  • Je bent cijfer-minded en administratief sterk;
  • Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van Excel en ervaring in het opzetten en verbeteren van financiële software en ERP-systemen;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven);
  • Kennis van Navision en Power-BI is een plus;
  • Uitgesproken BTW ervaring/kennis met sterke interesse;
  • Ervaring met het opmaken van jaarrekeningen (kennis van Accon is een plus)
  • Je bent stressbestendig en staat open voor verandering.
