Voor onze organisatie zoeken we een Accountant A-Y. Iemand die energie haalt uit cijfers, analyseren en het creëren van structuur. Geen puur uitvoerende rol, maar een sleutelpositie waarin je mee zorgt voor een correcte boekhouding en betrouwbare financiële rapportering voor alle entiteiten binnen de Fin Col Groep. Je rapporteert aan onze CFO en werkt nauw samen met de controller.

Vanuit holding Fin Col NV ondersteunen onze centrale diensten Finance, IT en HR verschillende bedrijven binnen de groep, waaronder Groep Masureel Veredeling NV, Flocart NV en Basaltex NV. Samen ontwikkelen en produceren we innovatieve en duurzame textieloplossingen voor professionele klanten wereldwijd.

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

Als Accountant A-Y zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie van onze groep correct, tijdig en gestructureerd verloopt. Je combineert boekhoudkundige expertise met financiële analyses en denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen de afdeling.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Boekhouding en financiële verwerking: Je staat in voor de algemene boekhouding van alle entiteiten binnen de groep in Business Central. Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van financiële transacties en bewaakt een vlotte opvolging van de financiële administratie.
  • Fiscale en wettelijke verplichtingen: Je beheert de btw-aangiftes en fiscale documenten en zorgt ervoor dat alle wettelijke verplichtingen correct en tijdig worden nageleefd.
  • Financiële analyse en rapportering: Je verzorgt de maandelijkse afsluitingen voor alle entiteiten en ondersteunt de directie met financiële rapporteringen, analyses en cijfermatige inzichten.
  • Optimalisatie en digitalisering: Je detecteert opportuniteiten om processen verder te verbeteren en denkt actief mee over de verdere professionalisering en digitalisering van de boekhoudkundige werking.

We zoeken iemand die nauwkeurigheid vanzelfsprekend vindt én graag meedenkt over hoe financiële processen efficiënter kunnen verlopen.

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je denkt analytisch en kan financiële gegevens correct interpreteren.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen; ervaring met Business Central is een sterke troef.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen processen.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's en communiceert vlot met verschillende afdelingen.
