Voor een modern accountancykantoor in Puurs-Sint-Amands zoeken we een ervaren accountant die houdt van inhoud, duidelijke afspraken en een team dat elkaar vooruithelpt. Het kantoor telt vandaag rond de 20 collega's (assistanten, advisors en managers) en heeft de ambitie om verder door te groeien richting ongeveer 30 medewerkers, zonder de menselijkheid te verliezen.

De cultuur is rechttoe rechtaan: hard werken wanneer het nodig is, maar altijd met een haalbaar ritme. De leiding wil zichtbaar en aanspreekbaar blijven, en zet bewust in op kleine dingen die het verschil maken (ontspanningsruimte, teammomenten, aandacht voor sfeer).

In deze rol word je één van de "echte advisors": iemand die dossiers zelfstandig kan trekken en tegelijk mee het kwaliteitsniveau bewaakt.

  • Beheer van dossiers van A tot Z (mix van vennootschappen en eenmanszaken), met ruimte voor advies.
  • Zelfstandig jaarafsluitingen en personenbelasting opnemen; in samenspraak met managers bij complexere topics.
  • Klanten begeleiden bij belangrijke momenten: opstarten, vereffenen, financiële plannen en bredere begeleiding.
  • Adviseren in een breed klantenlandschap (o.a. automotive, vastgoed, horeca en vrije beroepen).
  • Werken in een digitale flow met Yuki, Exact Online, Silverfin en Odoo.
  • Samenwerken als ploeg: assistenten bereiden voor, jij brengt afwerking en advieskwaliteit.
  • Bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkantoor, met voldoende maturiteit om dossiers grotendeels zelfstandig te dragen.
  • Je communiceert vlot (klantencontact schrikt je niet af) en je werkt graag in een team waar eerlijkheid belangrijk is.
  • Je wil blijven bijleren; ambitie richting ITAA is een sterke plus.
  • Je hecht belang aan een goede klik met collega's: samenwerking is hier echt een must.
