Als Accountant A-Z neem je de regie over het complete boekhoudkundige traject. Je verzorgt de periodieke afsluitingen, staat in voor de fiscale verplichtingen en borgt een accurate verwerking van alle financiële stromen. Daarnaast analyseer je de bestaande workflows en voer je gerichte optimalisaties door om het departement efficiënter in te richten. Een veelzijdige, zelfstandige rol voor een vakkundige professional die waarde hecht aan korte lijnen, autonomie en een collegiale werksfeer!

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Accountant A-Z:

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte verwerking en afboeking van inkomende facturen, zodat leveranciers altijd correct en tijdig hun geld ontvangen.
  • Voorbereiden en accuraat van de periodieke btw-aangiftes om de onderneming netjes in lijn te houden met de huidige wetgeving.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande klantensaldi en het beheren van de uitgaande betalingen voor een sterke cashflow.
  • Ondersteunen bij de maandelijkse afsluiting, wat het management direct voorziet van heldere en betrouwbare bedrijfscijfers.
  • Meedenken over het slimmer inrichten van interne financiële flows door de mogelijkheden van het ERP-systeem optimaal te benutten.

Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een economische of financiële richting en hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Ervaring met courante software en Excel is een groot pluspunt, maar de oprechte leergierigheid om nieuwe zaken op te pikken weegt zwaarder door.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een behulpzame teamspeler die uiterst nauwkeurig werkt en niet terugdeinst om verantwoordelijkheid te dragen.
