Over de organisatie

Stel je voor: je opent 's ochtends je mailbox en tussen je dossiers zit een vraag van DHL. De namiddag erna werk je een dossier af voor Amazon. Dit is geen droombeeld, dit is de dagelijkse realiteit bij deze B2B vastgoedontwikkelaar, gevestigd in de Kempen. De organisatie heeft zich de voorbije jaren stevig op de kaart gezet in heel Europa en werkt uitsluitend met grote, gevestigde namen uit de logistieke en e-commerce wereld. Wie hier binnenkomt, komt terecht in projecten die er internationaal toe doen, met een schaal en ambitie die je bij een lokale speler niet snel vindt.

De functie: geen dag hetzelfde

Verveling bestaat hier niet. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van vijf finance collega's en neemt zelf de boekhouding van A tot Z op van meerdere vastgoedprojecten tegelijk. Dat betekent dat je project boekhouding doet: je springt van dossier naar dossier, van vennootschap naar vennootschap, en bouwt zo op korte tijd een brede en diepe kennis op. Voor wie houdt van routine en herhaling is dit niet de juiste plek, maar voor wie energie haalt uit afwisseling en veelzijdigheid is dit een functie om van te dromen.

Je takenpakket ziet er zo uit:

  • De volledige boekhouding van A-Z beheren voor verschillende projecten
  • Facturen inboeken en verwerken
  • Instaan voor maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Mee vennootschappen oprichten
  • Openstaande facturen actief opvolgen

Wie we zoeken

Je hebt een bachelor accountancy op zak en minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie. Je bent Nederlandstalig, blijft kalm wanneer het even druk wordt (stressbestendig) en wacht niet af tot iemand je zegt wat te doen (proactief). Heb je daarnaast een hart voor vastgoed? Dan ben jij wellicht wie we zoeken.

Ken je bovendien SAP? Dan heb je een streepje voor, al is het geen vereiste om te kunnen starten.
