Als Accountant AA ben jij de vertrouwde adviseur voor jouw klanten. Je ondersteunt ondernemers bij financiële, beleidsmatige en strategische vraagstukken en helpt hen bij het realiseren van hun ambities. Dankzij jouw expertise signaleer je kansen, denk je vooruit en draag je bij aan de groei van zowel jouw klanten als onze organisatie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het accountancyteam. Je begeleidt collega's in hun ontwikkeling, deelt jouw kennis en helpt hen groeien naar zelfstandige adviseurs. Ook fungeer je als rechterhand van de Accountancy Partner en denk je actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van de vestiging. Jij: • adviseert ondernemers op financieel, beleidsmatig en strategisch gebied; • beheert en bouwt je eigen klantenportefeuille verder uit; • begeleidt en coacht accountancycollega's in hun professionele ontwikkeling; • leidt collega's op tot zelfstandige adviseurs; • fungeert als sparringpartner voor klanten én collega's; • ondersteunt de Accountancy Partner bij de verdere groei van de vestiging; • werkt met moderne technieken en software om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen; • bewaakt en versterkt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.
