Tijssen Senior consultant Accountancy Martijn Betgem Senior consultant Fiscaal Plaats Sint Maarten Vakgebied Accountancy Vertrouwelijk reageren Bel Peter: 06 539 11 545 Onze opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Accountant AA - Manager Samenstelpraktijk - Sint Maarten Voor één van de grotere accountantskantoren op de Nederlandse Antillen (met meerdere vestigingen) is ons gevraagd opzoek te gaan naar een (senior) manager accountant AA die op korte termijn onderdeel wil worden van het MT en zijn stempel wil gaan drukken op deze vestiging op Sint Maarten. Er is veel te doen. Het eiland floreert weer na de orkaan op 6 september 2017, waarbij 90% van de gebouwen raakte beschadigd. De highlights van dit kantoor: - Top 10 kantoor met internationale klantenkring (Aruba - Curacao - Sint Maarten) - Goed geautomatiseerd en vaktechnisch op hoogstaand niveau (Nederlandse standaard) - Mooie internationale praktijk (multidisciplinair Tax & Legal) - Geweldig fijne vennoten! Sterk team. Weinig verloop. - Zeer stevig MKB-cliëntenpakket van klein op het eiland tot groot offshore - Dynamische bedrijfscultuur. Successen worden gevierd met het team - Organisatie maakt onderdeel uit van groot internationaal netwerk Bedrijfscultuur Een van onze consultants is net terug uit Curacao en Sint Maarten en heeft verschillende kantoren bezocht. In het algemeen verschilt de cultuur niet van de grotere kantoren bij ons in Nederland. Alleen is het allemaal wat kleinschaliger van opzet. Er heerst een enorme goede vibe op de eilanden. Er wordt hard gewerkt en de successen worden gevierd. Klanten groeien door toenemende toerisme en komst van grote bedrijven. In het weekend is het stoom afblazen en de batterij opladen voor de week erop. Nou dat opladen kun je op vele manieren doen! Een overtocht naar Suriname of Venezuela is in 5 minuten geboekt en een lang weekend Miami als tussendoortje klinkt ook niet gek toch? Maar ook op Sint Maarten ...
