PLCO & Adviseurs - Stationspark 21 Einddatum: vrijdag 11 december 2026 Over de functie Als Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en uitbouwen van een diverse mkb-klantenportefeuille. Je bent de vertrouwde sparringpartner van de ondernemer en regisseur van de opdrachten. Je begeleidt en beoordeelt samenstelopdrachten, geeft hoogwaardig advies en stelt jaarrekeningen definitief vast. Daarnaast ben je de inhoudelijke coach voor ons team van (assistent) accountants en denk je actief mee over de kwaliteit van onze praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-accountants en specialisten in een hecht team waar korte lijnen en kennisdelen centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Eindverantwoordelijk voor en het reviewen van samensteldossiers en/of controle-opdrachten voor diverse mkb-klanten - Funderen van strategisch, bedrijfseconomisch en fiscaal advies voor ondernemers - Opbouwen, onderhouden en intensiveren van duurzame klantrelaties - Vaktechnisch coachen, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van junior en senior assistent accountants - Bewaken van de kwaliteit van de dossiervorming volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving (NBA) - Actief bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie en de groei van onze praktijk Wat breng je mee?
