Robert Half is op zoek naar een AZ Accountant (M/V/X) - Regio Antwerpen.

Onze klant is een groeiende en dynamische organisatie met meerdere entiteiten in België

Volgende taken behoren tot jouw pakket als AZ Accountant (M/V/X):

  • Je bewaakt de correctheid en volledigheid van de boekhouding voor verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep.
  • Je boekt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen in en volgt eventuele correcties nauwgezet op zodat de boekhouding betrouwbaar en consistent blijft.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met het centrale controlling team en de administratieve collega's op verschillende locaties.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige vragen en ondersteunt collega's bij de correcte toepassing van richtlijnen en procedures.
  • Je volgt grootboekrekeningen, bankrekeningen en intercompanytransacties op en reconcilieert deze zorgvuldig.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen of onduidelijkheden tijdig en draagt bij aan een correcte financiële opvolging.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je verzorgt de btw-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen en zorgt ervoor dat alle relevante informatie correct en tijdig beschikbaar is.
  • Je denkt mee na over de verdere uitbouw en professionalisering van de interne accountingwerking en formuleert voorstellen rond efficiëntieverbetering.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in Accountancy, Finance of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een brede A-Z boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudprincipes en voelt je comfortabel bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt ownership over jouw verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor detail zonder het grotere geheel uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en ondersteunt hen graag bij boekhoudkundige vragen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en boekhoudsoftware en ervaring met Exact Online is een sterke troef.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar processen verder worden uitgebouwd en geoptimaliseerd.
