  • Als accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen op analytisch niveau, waarbij je zorgt voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige rapportering;
  • Je stelt nauwkeurige balansen, resultatenrekeningen en managementrapportages op die het management ondersteunen bij het nemen van gefundeerde beslissingen;
  • Daarnaast bereid je auditdossiers zorgvuldig voor en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan interne controles. Je ondersteunt het management bij financiële analyses, uiteenlopende vragen en projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere groei van de organisatie;
  • Binnen processen en systemen speel je een belangrijke rol in de optimalisatie van financiële processen binnen het ERP‑systeem Business Central. Je werkt actief mee aan de verdere digitalisering van de financiële afdeling en aan de verbetering van rapportering en dataflows, zodat de organisatie steeds efficiënter en datagedreven kan werken;
  • Op het vlak van fiscaliteit zorg je voor de voorbereiding van BTW‑aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en andere fiscale verplichtingen, volledig conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving;
  • Jouw impact binnen de organisatie is groot: je waakt over een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële transacties en ondersteunt de maand- en kwartaalrapportering op groepsniveau. Je volgt administratief meerdere vestigingen op en fungeert als flexibele sparringpartner voor zowel finance‑ als business teams;
  • Bovendien speel je een sleutelrol in de optimalisatie van systemen en processen, waardoor je actief bijdraagt aan een efficiënte, toekomstgerichte financiële werking.
  • Bachelor in een financiële richting: Je beschikt minimaal over een bacheloropleiding in accountancy, finance of een vergelijkbare economische richting;
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar professionele ervaring binnen accounting of controlling, idealiter in een complexe omgeving;
  • Ervaring binnen een productiebedrijf is een duidelijke plus, gezien de specifieke processen en kostprijsstructuren;
  • Je denkt in processen, ziet verbanden en hebt een sterke interesse in optimalisatie en digitalisering;
  • Ook ben je analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet complexe financiële informatie helder te interpreteren. Je neemt initiatief, denkt kritisch mee en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, hebt een basiskennis Frans en beheerst het Engels goed;
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP‑systemen; kennis van Business Central is een sterke troef;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar automatisatie, dataflows en rapportering continu verbeteren;
  • Je bent een flexibele sparringpartner voor zowel finance‑ als business teams en draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling en samenwerking.
