Voor een Belgisch familiebedrijf actief in mobiliteit en verhuisdiensten zijn wij op zoek naar een Accountant. Het bedrijf combineert verhuur van voertuigen met professionele verhuisdiensten en hecht veel waarde aan kwaliteit, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid binnen een ondersteunend team.

Functieomschrijving

Als Accountant werk je nauw samen met de Senior Accountant en draag je bij aan een correcte, volledige en actuele financiële administratie. Je ondersteunt bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen, fiscale verplichtingen, rapportering en diverse boekhoudkundige dossiers.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Boeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, lonen, banken en diverse verrichtingen.
  • Registreren van afschrijvingen, provisies, investeringen en leasingcontracten.
  • Uitvoeren van analytische boekhouding en kostentoewijzingen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes.
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen en audits.
  • Meewerken aan maandelijkse rapportages en managementrapportering.
  • Opvolgen van debiteuren en crediteuren.
  • Controleren en verzamelen van bewijsstukken.
  • Uitvoeren van betalingen.
  • Reconciliaties uitvoeren zoals bank-, intercompany- en balansreconciliaties.
  • Bachelor of master in Accountancy.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Goede kennis van btw en Belgische boekhoudwetgeving.
  • Sterke digitale vaardigheden, ervaring met ERP-systemen en Excel.
  • Nauwkeurig, analytisch en verantwoordelijk ingesteld.
  • Gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte manier van werken.
  • Discreet en betrouwbaar.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands; goede kennis van Frans en/of Engels.
