Als Accountant binnen Bureau Vaktechniek bewaak en versterk jij de kwaliteit van ons vak. Jij bent de sparringpartner voor collega's bij complexe vaktechnische vraagstukken. Jij vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar praktische oplossingen en helpt de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. In deze rol combineer je jouw kennis van accountancy met advies, kennisdeling en kwaliteitsbewaking. Een functie met impact op de hele organisatie. Jouw impact als Accountant binnen Bureau Vaktechniek: Als Accountant speel je een belangrijke rol in het waarborgen en verder ontwikkelen van de vaktechnische kwaliteit binnen onze accountancypraktijk. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij complexe vaktechnische vraagstukken en helpt hen om wet- en regelgeving op de juiste manier toe te passen in de praktijk. Je vertaalt vaktechnische ontwikkelingen naar praktische handvatten voor collega's en denkt mee over hoe we onze dienstverlening continu kunnen verbeteren. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met accountants en teams binnen de organisatie en fungeer je als sparringpartner bij complexe klantcasussen. Concreet houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Adviseren van accountants en collega's bij complexe vaktechnische vraagstukken; - Interpreteren en vertalen van wet- en regelgeving en beroepsstandaarden naar de dagelijkse praktijk; - Uitvoeren van dossierbeoordelingen en kwaliteitsreviews en het signaleren van verbeterpunten; - Meedenken over het optimaliseren van werkprocessen en kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen de accountancypraktijk; - Signaleren van veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving en deze vertalen naar praktische richtlijnen voor collega's; - Ontwikkelen van vaktechnische notities, handreikingen en werkinstructies; - V...
