Voor een internationale organisatie in Londerzeel zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Accountant om het Finance-team te versterken. In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid over de financiële administratie van meerdere entiteiten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige, dagelijkse boekhouding van verschillende groepen.
  • Je verzorgt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen en staat in voor een correcte en tijdige financiële rapportering.
  • Je ondersteunt de forecasting en periodieke rapportering en weet financiële cijfers helder te interpreteren en toe te lichten.
  • Je bereidt de wettelijke jaarrekeningen en interne rapporteringsdocumenten voor en bewaakt hierbij zowel interne deadlines als wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Je staat mee in voor de voorbereiding van btw-, Intrastat- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes en zorgt ervoor dat de nodige onderbouwing en documentatie beschikbaar zijn.
  • Je begeleidt interne en externe audits en werkt samen met auditors om een correcte en transparante financiële administratie te waarborgen.
  • Je identificeert kansen om financiële en boekhoudkundige processen efficiënter te maken en werkt mee aan de implementatie van nieuwe systemen en tools.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor boekhoudkundige vragen vanuit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je werkt mee aan cross-functionele projecten en zorgt, samen met je collega's, voor de continuïteit van de financiële processen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in Accountancy, Finance of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accounting of boekhouding.
  • Je hebt een sterke achtergrond binnen boekhouden en financiën.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudkundige software en MS Office.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en voortgang van je dossiers.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende teams en op verschillende niveaus.
  • Je bent toegankelijk en servicegericht en weet een vertrouwensrelatie op te bouwen met interne en externe stakeholders.
