The posting

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken binnen de boekhouding, rapportering en financiële opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle gegevens juist worden verwerkt, dat rapporten tijdig klaar zijn en dat financiële processen goed verlopen. Je werkt nauw samen met het afdelingshoofd en ondersteunt bij zowel dagelijkse taken als grotere projecten.

Jouw taken

Financieel beheer & rapportering

  • Meewerken aan een goed controlesysteem zodat financiële en operationele gegevens veilig en correct blijven.
  • Helpen bij het opstellen van budgetten, prognoses en rapportages.
  • Ondersteunen bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.

Boekhouding & maandafsluiting

  • Meewerken aan het toepassen van boekhoudregels en interne processen.
  • Financiële gegevens invoeren in de boekhoud- en treasurysoftware.
  • Zorgen dat alle transacties juist en op tijd verwerkt worden.
  • Reconciliaties uitvoeren (debiteuren, crediteuren, banken, creditcards, intercompany) en verschillen oplossen.
  • Meewerken aan de maandafsluiting, inclusief journaalposten en overlopende posten.
  • Betalingen uitvoeren en registreren.

Bankreconciliaties

  • Regelmatig bankafschriften vergelijken met de boekhouding.
  • Afwijkingen opsporen en corrigeren.

Reporting & controlling

  • Informatie aanleveren over betalingen, facturen en andere financiële gegevens.
  • Helpen bij het opstellen van rapporten en financiële overzichten.
  • Ondersteunen bij ad-hoc taken en projecten binnen de financiële afdeling.
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van de kasstromen en korte termijn cashflowrapporten opstellen.
  • Documentatie voorbereiden voor audits en vragen beantwoorden samen met het afdelingshoofd.
  • Nieuwe ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied opvolgen en je kennis up-to-date houden.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financieel of economisch domein; een boekhoudkundige kwalificatie is een plus.
  • Kennis van btw- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Begrip van boekhoud- en treasuryprocessen en ervaring met bankreconciliaties en factuurbeheer.
  • Ervaring met maandafsluitingen en basiskennis van auditprocessen.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving en kennis van ERP-systemen (liefst SAP) en BI-tools zoals Power BI is een voordeel.
  • Je werkt graag praktisch en pakt problemen snel aan.
  • Je bouwt makkelijk relaties op met collega’s en andere betrokkenen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kan goed plannen en denkt analytisch.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving die nog volop groeit en verandert.
  • Je kan omgaan met deadlines en verschillende taken tegelijk.
