Zoek je een functie waarin je operationele boekhouding combineert met internationale contacten en de kans krijgt om financiële processen verder te optimaliseren?

Voor een sterk groeiende internationale onderneming in de regio Roeselare is Pensaert & Partners op zoek naar een Financial Accountant om het finance team verder te versterken. De organisatie is actief binnen een hoogtechnologische omgeving en heeft doorheen de jaren een sterke internationale aanwezigheid uitgebouwd.

Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin je verantwoordelijk wordt voor verschillende boekhoudkundige processen en specifiek ondersteuning biedt aan de Franse activiteiten van de groep. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie binnen finance.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor de correcte verwerking en opvolging van verschillende boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Je neemt een belangrijk deel van de crediteurenboekhouding voor jouw rekening en waakt over een correcte en tijdige verwerking.
  • Je ondersteunt de Franse activiteiten van de groep en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met zowel lokale als centrale financecollega's.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert aankoopfacturen, onkostennota's en betalingsbatches.
  • Je voert verschillende afstemmingen en controles uit en volgt eventuele afwijkingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je waakt mee over de kwaliteit en volledigheid van de financiële gegevens en levert correcte input voor verdere rapportering.
  • Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor verschillende interne en externe stakeholders bij financiële vragen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van boekhoudkundige processen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het efficiënter inrichten van het ERP-systeem en de bijhorende financiële workflows.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen accounting en voelt je thuis binnen de operationele boekhouding.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en beschikt daarnaast over een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Ervaring met Odoo vormt een mooie troef, maar is geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid over jouw eigen takenpakket.
  • Je staat open voor digitalisering, automatisering en nieuwe financiële tools.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen en landen.
  • Je bent proactief ingesteld en denkt mee over hoe bestaande processen efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht.
  • Je voelt je aangetrokken tot een internationale en veranderende werkomgeving waarin je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen.
