The posting

Als Accountant draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige verwerking van de boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen binnen de groep. De focus ligt op het waarborgen van een betrouwbare financiële administratie en het ondersteunen van een vlotte rapportering en afsluiting.

Takenpakket

  • Verwerken, boeken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen;
  • Opmaken van uitgaande facturen en opvolgen van een correcte registratie;
  • Registreren en controleren van bankverrichtingen;
  • Uitvoeren van dagelijkse boekhoudkundige transacties volgens de geldende procedures;
  • Voorbereiden van maandelijkse, trimestriële en jaarlijkse financiële rapporteringen;
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van balansen en financiële overzichten;
  • Actief bijdragen aan periodieke afsluitingen en de correcte verwerking van financiële gegevens;
  • Uitvoeren van fiscale verrichtingen in samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke Accounting;
  • Toepassen en bewaken van de geldende boekhoudkundige en fiscale regelgeving;
  • Voorbereiden van dossiers en documentatie in het kader van interne en externe audits;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en kansen tot optimalisatie binnen financiële processen;
  • Meewerken aan de verdere professionalisering en efficiëntie van de financiële afdeling;
  • Ondersteunen van collega's binnen Finance bij diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige opdrachten;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte financiële werking binnen de onderneming.

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een cijfermatig sterke en nauwkeurige professional met een passie voor boekhouding en financiële processen. Ervaring is een must!

Profiel

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding;
  • Affiniteit met de landbouw-, agro- of voedingssector vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde;
  • Sterke kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en financiële processen;
  • Uitstekende vaardigheid in Microsoft Excel voor analyses en rapportering;
  • Ervaring met Navision en/of Business Central geldt als een pluspunt;
  • Grondig analytisch denkvermogen en een sterk cijfermatig inzicht;
  • Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde aanpak bij de verwerking van financiële gegevens;
  • Grote aandacht voor detail en kwaliteit binnen administratieve werkzaamheden;
  • Interesse in financiële rapportering, analyses en procesoptimalisaties;
  • Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden in contacten met collega's en interne stakeholders;
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en een professionele werkhouding;
  • Leergierige ingesteldheid met interesse in verdere ontwikkeling binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit;
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd bij te dragen aan teamdoelstellingen;
  • Discrete omgang met vertrouwelijke financiële informatie;
  • Flexibiliteit om prioriteiten correct in te schatten binnen een dynamische werkomgeving.
