Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Accountant maak je deel uit van het finance team en rapporteer je aan de Finance Manager. Je krijgt de kans om verschillende domeinen van de boekhouding te leren kennen en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Inboeken van aankoopfacturen in de Single Logistics omgeving
  • Voorbereiden & verwerking van de analytische dienstenfacturen
  • Verwerken van bankverrichtingen
  • Facturatie van de intercompany verrichtingen
  • Verwerking van onkostennota’s
  • Ondersteunen bij interne en externe audits
  • Opvolgen van de accountingmailbox
  • Dagelijkse verwerking OCR scanner
  • Assistentie bij financiële rapporteringen en andere ad hoc opdrachten
  • Samenwerking met Senior Accountant
  • Bachelor diploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkaardig
  • Eerste werkervaring is een plus, maar geen must
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel
  • Nauwkeurig, leergierig en zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Teamplayer met zin voor initiatief
  • Kennis van ERP pakket Business Central is een pluspunt
  • Je bent hands-on, dynamisch, flexibel en een echte teamplayer
  • Je bent assertief en communicatief sterk op een diplomatische manier
  • Nederlands en Engels, voor jou gaat het allemaal even vlot
  • Je werkt planmatig en bent organisatorisch sterk. Je houdt van multitasken en stelt de juiste prioriteiten
