Accountant & Finance Manager

Clicktouch is een familiale technologieonderneming in Gavere die slimme HMI-oplossingen ontwikkelt en produceert voor internationale klanten. We combineren technische expertise, korte beslissingslijnen en ruimte voor initiatief.

We zoeken een Accountant & Finance Manager die onze financiële werking mee in handen neemt. Iemand die houdt van correcte cijfers, overzicht en structuur en tegelijk reporting, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie verder wil uitbouwen.

In touch with the future

Je krijgt ownership over de volledige boekhouding van Clicktouch en wordt een belangrijk financieel aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie.

  • Je neemt de boekhouding van A tot Z in handen: aankoop, verkoop, banken, diverse boekingen, betalingen en opvolging van klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je verzorgt btw-, Intrastat- en andere periodieke aangiftes en volgt fiscale en administratieve verplichtingen op.
  • Je coördineert periodieke en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en bereidt de jaarrekening en fiscale aangiftes voor.
  • Je bent financieel aanspreekpunt voor bedrijfsrevisor, banken, kredietverzekeraars en andere externe partners.
  • Samen met een collega volg je payroll en HR-finance op, waaronder loonboekingen en de afstemming met het sociaal secretariaat.
  • Je volgt contracten, verzekeringen en relevante compliance-dossiers mee op.
  • Je bewaakt debiteuren, cash en kredietrisico's.
  • Je vertaalt financiële data naar heldere managementrapportering, KPI's en bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je denkt mee over slimmere en meer digitale financiële processen, onder meer rond betalingen, debiteurenbeheer, documentstromen en ERP.
  • Vanuit je financiële expertise groei je uit tot een sparringpartner voor het management.

  • Relevante ervaring in een A-Z boekhoudkundige of brede financefunctie.
  • Voldoende expertise om afsluitingen en financiële verplichtingen zelfstandig te beheren.
  • Interesse in digitalisering, automatisering en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Analytisch inzicht en zin om reporting verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen; ervaring met BI-tools is een plus.
  • Een zelfstandige, nauwkeurige en pragmatische werkstijl.
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen.
