The posting

In een groeiende internationale omgeving waar nauwkeurige rapportering, correcte boekhouding en strakke deadlines centraal staan, neem je de volledige interne boekhouding van meerdere vennootschappen in handen. Je werkt dagelijks samen met de CFO en bouwt mee aan een modern financieel systeem dat de verdere groei van de groep ondersteunt. De functie combineert operationele boekhouding, fiscale verplichtingen, internationale rapportering, ERP‑migratie en auditvoorbereiding. Je krijgt een brede scope, korte communicatielijnen en een directe impact op de financiële rapportering van de groep.

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en bankverrichtingen.
  • Uitvoeren van maandafsluitingen: overlopende rekeningen, provisies, afschrijvingen, voorraadmutaties en intercompany‑afstemming.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersbalansen en signaleren van aandachtspunten.
  • Voorbereiden van btw‑aangiften voor Belgische en Nederlandse entiteiten.
  • Indienen van Intrastat‑aangiften (aankomst en verzending).
  • Bewaken van correcte btw‑behandeling bij intracommunautaire leveringen, driehoeksverkeer en export.
  • Opmaak van maandcijfers per vennootschap en op groepsniveau, in samenwerking met de CFO.
  • Aanleveren van rapporteringspakketten volgens groepsformat en groepskalender.
  • Voorbereiden van analyses van afwijkingen tegenover budget en vorig jaar.
  • Bewaken van deadlines: afsluiting klaar tegen de vijfde werkdag.
  • Voorbereiden en realiseren van de overstap naar Business Central samen met CFO en implementatiepartner.
  • Opzetten en valideren van rekeningstelsel, boekingsschema’s, dimensies en openingsbalansen.
  • Datamigratie, testen en parallelle controles vóór go‑live.
  • Na go‑live: eerste aanspreekpunt voor financiële processen in het systeem.
  • Bachelor accountancy‑fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Volledige beheersing van het boekhoudproces tot en met maandafsluiting.
  • Vertrouwd met btw, intracommunautaire verrichtingen en Intrastat.
  • Nauwgezet, punctueel en sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Flexibel tijdens afsluitingsperiodes; de rest van de maand planbaar en rustig.
  • Vloeiend Engels; Nederlands als dagelijkse kantoor- en teamtaal.
  • Woonachtig in regio Olen‑Herentals of directe omgeving.
  • Vlot met Excel en digitale boekhoudpakketten.
