Jouw rol als Accountant

In deze verantwoordelijke functie zorg je ervoor dat alle financiële processen soepel verlopen en niets over het hoofd wordt gezien. Je werkt dagelijks aan:

  • Het verwerken van facturen en creditnota's met precisie.
  • Het uitvoeren van tijdelijke boekingen waar nodig.
  • Het up-to-date houden van aankopen in vreemde valuta (USD).
  • Het voorbereiden van intercompany bevestigingen voor compensaties.
  • Het verzamelen van documenten ter ondersteuning van betalingsverwerking via Isabel.
  • Maandelijks controleren van dagboeklijsten.
  • Het bijhouden van extra-comptabele lijsten zoals leveranciersgegevens, marketingbudgetten en voorraad.
  • Assisteren bij de opmaak van balansen, btw-aangiftes, Intrastat en andere afsluitingswerkzaamheden.
  • Werken volgens interne richtlijnen en procedures.
  • Op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in finance en boekhouding, waaronder duurzaamheidsrapportage (CSRD).

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma in accountancy, fiscaliteit of bedrijfsmanagement, of relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent minstens 2 jaar vertrouwd met boekhoudkundige taken.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst MS Office, vooral Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en kan zelfstandig werken met verantwoordelijkheidszin.
