Voor een ambitieus accountantskantoor in de regio Gent zoeken we een ervaren Accountant-fiscalist die meer zoekt dan alleen een correcte boekhouding. Je kent het vak. Je beheert zelfstandig dossiers, kent de fiscale spelregels en bent voor klanten al lang meer dan iemand die hun cijfers verwerkt. Misschien ben je daarom vandaag wel op zoek naar iets anders. Meer autonomie. Meer rechtstreeks klantencontact. Meer vertrouwen. En vooral: een omgeving waar je expertise echt wordt gewaardeerd.

Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een jonge managementploeg die volop bouwt aan de toekomst. De cultuur is professioneel, maar tegelijk persoonlijk en toegankelijk. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen klantenportefeuille, werkt rechtstreeks met ondernemers en kunt je expertise volop inzetten.

Autonomie dus, maar nooit op een eiland.

  • Je beheert zelfstandig je cliëntenportefeuille van A tot Z.
  • Je staat in voor afsluitingen, balansen en jaarrekeningen.
  • Je verzorgt btw-, personen- en vennootschapsbelastingaangiftes.
  • Je analyseert financiële en fiscale situaties.
  • Je adviseert ondernemers en denkt proactief mee.
  • Je bent een rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt voor je klanten.
  • Je signaleert opportuniteiten en vertaalt cijfers naar concrete inzichten.
  • Je deelt je kennis met collega's en ondersteunt mee de verdere ontwikkeling van het team.

Je beheert dus niet alleen dossiers. Je bouwt mee aan klantenrelaties.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit.
  • Een bachelor of master in een financiële richting.
  • Een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoud- en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers.
  • Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve en ondernemende mindset.
  • Een oprechte interesse in de business en uitdagingen van ondernemers.

Een ITAA-titel of afgeronde ITAA-stage is een sterke troef.
