Ben jij een accountant met minstens 1 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor en wil je graag de volgende stap zetten in je carrière? Zoek je een kleinere, familiale werkomgeving waar je veel kunt bijleren en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt?

Voor een familiaal accountantskantoor in Ternat, met een team van 7 medewerkers, zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Dossierbeheerder.

Door de groei van het kantoor en het toenemende aantal dossiers is er ruimte voor een extra collega. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je persoonlijk wordt begeleid en waar je de kans krijgt om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Jouw functie

Als Dossierbeheerder ondersteun je het team bij de dagelijkse opvolging van verschillende boekhoudkundige dossiers. Je krijgt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid en wordt begeleid om op termijn zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z te kunnen behandelen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Het inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen;
  • Het verwerken van financiële verrichtingen;
  • Het voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes;
  • Het ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van personen- en vennootschapsbelasting;
  • Het voorbereiden van tussentijdse balansen;
  • Het opvolgen van klantendossiers en verwerken van administratieve taken;
  • Geleidelijk aan meer verantwoordelijkheid opnemen binnen je eigen dossiers.

Je hoeft dus zeker nog niet alles zelfstandig te kunnen. Je krijgt de nodige begeleiding en opleiding om stap voor stap door te groeien naar een volwaardige dossierbeheerder.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardig diploma;
  • Je hebt ongeveer 1 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor;
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit;
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je bent communicatief en voelt je goed in een kleinere, familiale werkomgeving;
  • Je hebt ambitie om op termijn zelfstandig dossiers te beheren.
