Een modern en ambitieus accountantskantoor in Wevelgem is volop aan het groeien. Vandaag bestaat het team uit een 12-tal medewerkers, maar de ambities reiken verder: in de toekomst staat er zelfs een verhuis naar een grotere locatie op de planning.

De vennoten zijn gedreven ondernemers die niet alleen willen groeien in cijfers, maar vooral een sterk, kwalitatief en aangenaam kantoor willen uitbouwen. Er wordt sterk ingezet op samenwerking, digitalisering en persoonlijke groei.

Je komt terecht in een hecht en toegankelijk team waar iedereen elkaar kent en waar er ruimte is om initiatief te nemen. Heb je ambitie om meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen? Zie je mogelijkheden om processen slimmer aan te pakken? Of wil je je verder verdiepen in complexere dossiers?

De vennoten beschikken bovendien over hun eigen specialisaties en behandelen ook bijzondere en complexere opdrachten. Voor iemand die graag blijft bijleren en zijn kennis verder wil uitbouwen, is dit dus een omgeving met heel wat mogelijkheden.

Takenpakket

Hier krijg je geen functie waarbij je jarenlang exact hetzelfde doet. Het kantoor werkt van A tot Z, waardoor je de kans krijgt om je kennis én verantwoordelijkheden stap voor stap uit te breiden.

Naarmate je verder groeit in je rol, komen er ook meer analytische en controlerende taken bij:

  • voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen;
  • uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige controles;
  • opvolgen van openstaande posten;
  • analyseren van dossiers;
  • signaleren van fiscale optimalisaties;
  • meedenken over mogelijke verbeteringen binnen dossiers en processen.

En heb je ambitie om nog een stap verder te gaan? Graag zelfs.

Vandaag worden de eindbesprekingen nog voornamelijk door twee personen opgenomen, maar er is zeker ruimte om dit verder open te trekken. Wie de nodige ervaring en ambitie heeft, kan op termijn dus ook meer klantencontact en eindbesprekingen opnemen.

Daarnaast kan je meedenken over operationele processen, digitalisering en automatisatie.

Profiel

We zoeken een ervaren en gedreven Senior Accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en niet bang is om initiatief te nemen.

Je beschikt over:

  • een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit;
  • meerdere jaren relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor;
  • een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit;
  • ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z;
  • kennis van btw-aangiftes, tussentijdse rapporteringen en afsluitingen.

Je bent bovendien iemand die verder kijkt dan alleen de cijfers.

Je vindt het interessant om dossiers grondig te analyseren en waar mogelijk fiscale optimalisaties aan te brengen. Je werkt vlot met digitale tools en hebt interesse in automatisatie en digitalisering.

Maar minstens even belangrijk is jouw persoonlijkheid.

Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en professioneel, maar ook iemand die graag samenwerkt. Je neemt initiatief, denkt mee en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
