Wat je gaat doen

Bij ons kleine, familiale kantoor word je stap voor stap klaargestoomd tot een volwaardige dossierbeheerder. Van A tot Z, met begeleiding van ervaren collega's en onze enthousiaste vennoten. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:

  • Inboeken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Opstellen van BTW-aangiftes, tussentijdse resultaten, balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Ondersteunen van klanten die deels hun boekhouding zelf voeren
  • Actief meedenken over de financiële situatie van de klant: kansen, risico's en optimalisaties
  • Helder communiceren en klanten adviseren over hun cijfers
  • Meewerken aan efficiëntere en digitalere manieren van werken binnen het kantoor

Hierbij krijg je de vrijheid om je nauwkeurige, georganiseerde en perfectionistische kant volledig te benutten, terwijl je stap voor stap groeit in je rol.

Wie jij bent

Jij bent een leergierige en betrokken doener die cijfers en fiscaliteit in je hart draagt, maar tegelijk ook graag mensgericht werkt. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar ervaring op een boekhoudkantoor en bent klaar om een volgende stap te zetten
  • Je woont in Wuustwezel of de directe omgeving
  • Je houdt van structuur, nauwkeurigheid en uitdagingen
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en durft vragen te stellen
  • Je bent ambitieus en wilt doorgroeien, zowel horizontaal als verticaal
  • Je staat open voor digitale tools en innovatie
