Binnen een groeiende en mensgerichte ICT‑organisatie krijg je een brede financiële rol waarin analyses, rapportering en procesoptimalisatie centraal staan. De financiële afdeling werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, waardoor je een directe impact hebt op de financiële gezondheid en verdere ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van alle aspecten van de financiële boekhouding.
  • Zorgen voor correcte maand‑, kwartaal‑ en jaarafsluitingen en toezicht houden op financiële rapportering.
  • Analyseren van financiële gegevens en vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten voor het management.
  • Opstellen van budgetten en forecasts en opvolgen van kosten, investeringen en werkkapitaal.
  • Voorbereiden van btw‑ en fiscale aangiften en meewerken aan audits en controles.
  • Beheren van cash collection en kredietlimieten en onderhouden van contacten met banken en financiële partners.
  • Uitvoeren van balansreconciliaties en analyseren van winst‑ en verliesrekeningen.
  • Identificeren van financiële risico’s en kansen en adviseren over risicobeheer.
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen en bijdragen aan digitalisatieprojecten.
  • Intensief samenwerken met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Bachelor‑ of masterdiploma in finance, economie of een gelijkaardige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy, controlling of finance.
  • Grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige principes, rapportering en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online is een pluspunt.
  • Sterk analytisch en in staat complexe gegevens om te zetten naar duidelijke adviezen.
  • Punctueel, gestructureerd en overzicht bewarend.
  • Communicatief sterk en comfortabel in interne en externe contacten.
  • Proactief, besluitvaardig en eigenaar van eigen dossiers.
  • Zelfstandig én een teamplayer.
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en goede kennis van het Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
