Voor onze klant in regio Roeselare zoeken we een Accountant die nauwkeurig werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag bijleert. Je krijgt een breed takenpakket binnen een internationale organisatie, met betrokken collega’s en ruimte om jouw expertise uit te breiden.

Daar staat een aantrekkelijk aanbod tegenover: glijdende werkuren, tot 2 dagen thuiswerk per week, 12 ADV-dagen en interne en externe opleidingsmogelijkheden.

Wat ga je doen als accountant? Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige boekhouding. Je leert verschillende financiële processen kennen en bouwt inzicht op in de werking van meerdere entiteiten.

• Aankoopfacturen verwerken: je boekt facturen in en zorgt voor de juiste analytische verwerking.

• Bankverrichtingen opvolgen: je verwerkt transacties in verschillende valuta en ondersteunt waar nodig de bankverwerking van andere entiteiten.

• Betalingen uitvoeren: je bereidt betalingen voor, volgt ze op en bewaakt de correcte administratieve verwerking.

• Debiteuren opvolgen: je verstuurt betalingsherinneringen en volgt openstaande bedragen verder op.

• Intercompanyfacturatie verzorgen: je verwerkt de facturatie tussen ondernemingen binnen de groep.

• Onkosten verwerken: je zorgt voor een correcte boeking van onkostennota’s en kredietkaartuitgaven.

• Afsluitingen ondersteunen: je helpt bij de maand- en jaarafsluiting en verdiept zo jouw boekhoudkundige kennis.

• Vragen beantwoorden: je beheert mee de mailbox van de boekhouding en volgt inkomende documenten en vragen op.

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s binnen finance. Naarmate je vertrouwd raakt met de processen, neem je jouw taken zelfstandiger op en kan je bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden opnemen.

Wat breng je mee?

• Je hebt een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een vergelijkbare financiële opleiding.

• Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van boekhoudkundige principes en btw-wetgeving.

• Een eerste ervaring als accountant, boekhouder of boekhoudkundig medewerker is een troef.

• Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt interesse in ERP-systemen. Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is mooi meegenomen.

• Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.

• Je bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren en wil begrijpen hoe financiële processen met elkaar verbonden zijn.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, gaat discreet om met financiële informatie en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werk. Je denkt graag mee, stelt vragen wanneer nodig en voelt je goed in een team waar collega’s elkaar ondersteunen.
