The posting

Als Accountant versterk je het financiële team van een stabiele, familiale mobiliteitsgroep met activiteiten in West-Vlaanderen en Wallonië. De organisatie combineert de verkoop en het onderhoud van wagens met een verdere uitbouw van duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen.

Je combineert terugkerende boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden met de dagelijkse boekhouding van een Waalse vestiging. Je zorgt voor actuele en betrouwbare financiële gegevens en volgt je eigen dossier zelfstandig op. Daarbij kan je rekenen op de expertise en ondersteuning van ervaren collega’s.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwerken en controleren van loonboekingen.
  • Analyseren en aanzuiveren van grootboekrekeningen.
  • Analyseren en aanzuiveren van tussenrekeningen.
  • Opvolgen van openstaande posten.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van financiële verrichtingen.
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en opvolgen van de nodige correcties.
  • Verzorgen van de dagelijkse boekhouding van een Waalse vestiging.
  • Nauwgezet beheren en opvolgen van dit eigen dossier.
  • Bewaken van de juistheid en actualiteit van boekhoudkundige gegevens.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s binnen het financiële team.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de betrokken Waalse vestiging.
  • Een bachelor-, graduaats- of gelijkwaardig diploma in accountancy, boekhouding of finance vormt je basis.
  • Minstens twee jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie is vereist.
  • Een goede basiskennis van algemene boekhouding is noodzakelijk.
  • Ervaring met loonboekingen en het analyseren en aanzuiveren van rekeningen geniet de voorkeur.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en structuur kenmerken je manier van werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers neem je zelfstandig op.
  • Discretie staat centraal in je omgang met financiële gegevens en loongegevens.
  • Nederlands en Frans beheers je vlot en professioneel; beide talen zijn even belangrijk in deze functie.
  • Kennis van Exact Online, Bright Analytics of de automotive sector is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
