Een zeer constante speler in de eredivisie, die altijd gaat voor kwaliteit. Vaktechnisch op goed niveau, maar men wil meer. De klantenkring is zowel nationaal als internationaal georiënteerd en bevindt zich in het grotere MKB en familiebedrijven. De lat ligt hoog en de professionals zijn onder meer werkzaam in de samenstel- en controlepraktijk. Vanwege de aandacht voor diverse marktsegmenten, kunnen zij hun medewerkers een divers en uitdagend klantenpakket bieden. Bedrijfscultuur Samen is het toverwoord! De cultuur kenmerkt zich door passie voor het accountancyvak en een sterke teamgeest. In de organisatie is men ervan doordrongen dat het onderscheidende vermogen nu juist zit in de kwaliteit en aandacht voor de klant. Er wordt veel ruimte geboden voor ontwikkeling (vaktechnisch en persoonlijk). Door (interne) trainingen, maar ook door de diversiteit aan opdrachten. Je komt te werken onder twee vennoten. Een daarvan speelt altijd buiten (commercieel kanon) en de andere vennoot wil er echt iemand bij, die samen met hem, het teamvaktechnisch op hoog niveau kan brengen en houden. Het complete samenstel team moet bij blijven en op hoog niveau werk blijven leveren. Daarom word je verantwoordelijk voor het vergaren, verwerken en delen van kennis met betrekking tot vakinhoudelijke wet- en regelgeving.
